Jay Smooth on the Economy

Leave it to ill doctrine's Jay Smooth to have the balls to admit what many of us won't: That we don't really understand the economy, whats wrong with it, or the recently rejected bailout plan. I for one am glad I'm not the only person who was shaking his head at the proceedings while not actually comprehending them. That said, I would like to trust that there are people who have worked their whole lives in the field and understand the complexities inherent in such a system. Lately I have been sorely disappointed. I have to admit that I disagree with Jay that Obama is the simple answer to this crisis. Clearly given McCain's economic aloofness, he is a worse bet yet, but how did NO ONE foresee this and take action. Mindboggling.
